Nondiscrimination & Network Policy |
Access Montana maintains an open network policy and does not differentiate among applications that travel across its Internet network. Montana West offers interconnection on a non-discriminatory basis to carriers and access providers in sound financial condition and in good standing with federal, state and local regulatory agencies. Master Service agreements are required of all carriers who interconnect with Access Montana whether through private line circuits, Ethernet services or Dedicated Internet Access.
